There are plenty of green lights for the CME cattle futures market, and today there is finally a response after last week’s poor action. Spot October LC unapologetically made a life of contract high today and reached the highest level of any spot LC contract since August 2015. December LC finally got the lead out and poked its head back above the 40-day moving average for the first time since September 22.
